9584 Fiskars Craft & Quilting Cutter —  $60.00 Combines a unique rolling-blade carriage with a thick and durable 24" acrylic ruler for unrestricted, accurate cutting of paper, fabric, etc. The rotary cutter is self-contained in a unique rolling-blade carriage. Blade automatically disengages when not in use and can easily be replaced. The 24" acrylic ruler has a two-color grid that ensures optimum readability. Orange 1/8" markings allow for precise measurements while 1" grid provides quick reference points. 30°, 60°, and 90° bias lines.
